Kitten Vaccination & Deworming Schedule

Every Kittens For Home kitten — Persian, Maine Coon, Ragdoll, and Bengal — follows a veterinarian-supervised vaccination and deworming protocol so they arrive healthy, protected, and ready for life with you.

Vaccination Timeline

1
6 Weeks

1st FVRCP

First dose of the core feline combination vaccine protecting against Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis (herpesvirus), Calicivirus, and Panleukopenia — the essential foundation for kitten immunity.

2
9–10 Weeks

2nd FVRCP Booster

Second FVRCP booster to continue building strong immunity against the three core respiratory and gastrointestinal diseases during this critical development window.

3
12–13 Weeks

3rd FVRCP Booster

Third FVRCP booster to solidify your kitten's immune response. FeLV (Feline Leukemia Virus) testing is also performed at this stage to confirm a clean health status before placement.

4
16 Weeks

Final FVRCP + Rabies

Final FVRCP dose completes the core series. Rabies vaccination is administered as required by law. Your vet will recommend annual or three-year boosters going forward based on your state's requirements.

Deworming Protocol

Biweekly Deworming from 2 to 12 Weeks

Kittens begin their deworming program at 2 weeks of age and receive treatments every two weeks through 12 weeks. This thorough schedule ensures intestinal parasites are eliminated during the most vulnerable growth period, giving your kitten the cleanest possible start.
