What's Covered
Breed-Specific Genetic Health Testing
Our parent cats are health-tested for the conditions most relevant to their breed. Persian: PKD and HCM. Maine Coon: HCM, hip dysplasia (HD), and SMA. Ragdoll: HCM. Bengal: PRA-b, PK deficiency, and HCM. Our guarantee covers these hereditary conditions, protecting your kitten against breed-specific genetic risks.
Hereditary & Genetic Conditions
Full coverage for hereditary conditions that manifest after placement, including Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA-b) and PK deficiency in Bengals, HCM across all four breeds, hip dysplasia and SMA in Maine Coons, and PKD in Persians and Persians. We test parent cats to minimize these risks in every litter.
Congenital Defects
Protection against congenital conditions present at birth, including structural heart defects and other developmental abnormalities. The flat-faced (brachycephalic) anatomy of Persian cats is normal for those breeds and is not considered a defect — we cover true congenital health conditions only.
Communicable Illness Window
A 14-day coverage window for communicable illnesses from the date your kitten arrives home. All kittens are vet-checked before departure, but this window ensures your new companion is protected through the transition period.
Guarantee Requirements
To keep your health guarantee active, we ask that you follow these simple guidelines designed to support your kitten's long-term well-being.
Veterinary Visit Within 72 Hours
Your kitten must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arriving at your home. This initial wellness check establishes a health baseline and formally activates your guarantee.
Annual Wellness Checkups
To maintain your guarantee, your kitten must receive annual wellness examinations from a licensed veterinarian. Routine care and early detection make all the difference across every breed.
Spay / Neuter Agreement
Kittens placed on pet-quality contracts must be spayed or neutered by the age your veterinarian recommends. This protects the integrity of our CFA- and TICA-registered breeding programs and the breeds as a whole.
Resolution Options
If a covered health issue arises, we work with you to find the best resolution for your family and your kitten.
Replacement Kitten
We will provide a replacement kitten of equal value from an upcoming litter at no additional cost to you.
Partial or Full Refund
Depending on the situation, a partial or full refund of the purchase price may be offered as a resolution.
Veterinary Cost Assistance
We may assist with veterinary costs related to covered conditions, helping offset the expense of treatment for your kitten.
