1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Kittens For Home website (kittensforhome.com), submitting inquiries, or entering into any agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Inquiry & Placement
Submitting a kitten inquiry does not guarantee kitten placement. We carefully evaluate each inquiry to ensure a good match between our Persian kittens and their new families. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry or placement at our sole discretion.
3. Pricing
All prices listed on our website are current at the time of posting but may change before a written agreement is signed. Kitten prices currently range from $550 to $700 depending on breed, sex, and color. Final pricing will be confirmed in your signed placement agreement.
4. Deposits
A $500 deposit is required to reserve a kitten. The deposit structure is as follows:
- $100 of the deposit is refundable if the buyer changes their mind before the kitten is ready for pickup or delivery
- $400 of the deposit is non-refundable and covers reservation, early care, and administrative costs
5. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Apple Pay
- Zelle
- CashApp
- Wire Transfer
- E-transfer (Canada)
- Chime
Full payment of the remaining balance is due before your kitten's scheduled pickup or delivery date.
6. Shipping & Delivery
The buyer is responsible for all transport costs associated with kitten delivery. We ship kittens nationwide and offer multiple delivery options to accommodate families across the country. Detailed shipping options and pricing are available on our shipping page.
7. Health Guarantee
Every kitten from Kittens For Home comes with a comprehensive written health guarantee covering congenital defects and communicable illness. The full terms and conditions of our health guarantee are outlined in the Sales Agreement. By purchasing a kitten, you agree to the terms of the health guarantee as stated.
8. CFA Registration & Spay/Neuter
Kittens offered with CFA (Cat Fanciers' Association) registration are registered on a limited basis unless breeding rights are explicitly purchased. The buyer agrees to spay or neuter the kitten at the age recommended by their veterinarian and to provide written confirmation once completed. Failure to comply with the spay/neuter requirement voids any claims under the health guarantee.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Kittens For Home website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Kittens For Home and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Kittens For Home provides information on this website in good faith and for general informational purposes. We make no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kittens For Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
