Home-Raised Kittens in Four Exceptional Breeds
Kittens For Home is a small, home-based cattery dedicated to raising healthy, well-socialized kittens across four CFA & TICA registered breeds: Persian, Maine Coon, Ragdoll, and Bengal. Every kitten is born and nurtured inside our home, surrounded by family from the very first day of life. We ship nationwide and have helped families from coast to coast welcome a stunning, hand-raised kitten into their lives.
A Lifelong Passion for Cats, Pursued With Purpose
Our journey began with a deep love for cats — specifically the kind that thrive underfoot, embedded in family life, loved by everyone they meet. What started with Persian kittens grew naturally into a four-breed program as we fell in love with the gentle giant personality of the Maine Coon, the floppy devotion of the Ragdoll, and the wild-beautiful athleticism of the Bengal.
Every kitten born at Kittens For Home spends its entire early life in the heart of our home. They doze on our sofas, explore our kitchen, and grow up hearing the natural rhythms of family life. By the time they go home with you, they are already confident, curious, and deeply affectionate — perfect companions from day one, whatever their breed.
Our focus has always been on three things: health, temperament, and lifetime support. We stand behind every kitten we place, and we remain a resource for our families for the entire life of their cat.
Health-First Breeding, Every Generation
We raise CFA-registered Persian, Maine Coon, and Ragdoll kittens alongside TICA-registered Bengal kittens — and every breeding decision starts with health.
Breed-Specific Genetic Testing
Each breed has its own hereditary health concerns. Persian and Exotic breeding cats are DNA-tested for PKD and cardiac-screened for HCM. Maine Coons are screened for HCM, hip dysplasia, and SMA. Ragdolls are cardiac-screened for HCM. Bengals are tested for PRA-b and PK Deficiency as well as HCM. Every breeding decision is guided by these results.
Temperament Matters as Much as Health
We select breeding pairs not only for health clearances but for exceptional temperament. Whether a family is looking for the serene calm of a Persian, the sociable playfulness of a Maine Coon, the floppy gentleness of a Ragdoll, or the energetic brilliance of a Bengal, we match kittens carefully to the families and households that will suit them best for life.
Cardiac Evaluations for Every Breeding Cat
Heart health is foundational across all four breeds — HCM is the most common cardiac disease in cats regardless of breed. Every breeding cat at Kittens For Home receives cardiac evaluations before entering our program, helping ensure every kitten has the strongest possible foundation for a long, healthy life.
What Sets Us Apart
Family Raised Indoors
Every kitten — Persian, Maine Coon, Ragdoll, or Bengal — is born and raised inside our home. Never in a cage, cattery room, or outdoor enclosure. They grow up surrounded by warmth, household sounds, and human affection, making them wonderfully adjusted companions from the moment they arrive.
Health Guaranteed
We stand behind the health of every kitten with a comprehensive written health guarantee. All breeding cats are screened for breed-specific genetic conditions, and every kitten receives a full veterinary examination before placement.
Lifetime Support
Our relationship with your family doesn't end at pickup. We provide ongoing support for grooming questions, litter-box habits, nutrition advice, health concerns, and anything else that comes up throughout your cat's life — across all four breeds we raise.
Complete Documentation
Every kitten goes home with full veterinary records, CFA or TICA registration paperwork, a health history of both parents, a feeding guide, and a personalized care packet covering grooming, litter-box setup, and breed-specific care tips.
